Goals and Purpose of the DSAO


The Association exists to unite the Drainage Superintendents and Commissioners in Ontario, with the goal of advancing and improving the knowledge of drainage through the free exchange of ideas and information.

History

The Drainage Superintendents Association was formed in 1975 to bring Drainage Superintendents together to exchange ideas and to standardize drainage maintenance and activities throughout the Province of Ontario.

McNeely-Taillon-Stantec Achievement Award

The purpose of the McNeely-Taillon-Stantec Achievement Award is to encourage and recognize exceptional activities and achievements of Drainage Superintendents. The award is presented annually to a Drainage Superintendent for his or her outstanding achievements in furthering the objectives of the Drainage Superintendents Association of Ontario (DSAO).
